About The Role:

We are looking for high-achieving consultants who are motivated to provide 1 on 1 service to our customers & become successful at sales. You don’t need to know everything about bikes to start with us as there is complete on the job training & support. We value those who want to constantly learn & improve.

 Each team has regular communication rhythms like Weekly Business Meetings & monthly 1 on 1 coaching & development. There are tiers of financial rewards as our consultants achieve with customers & upskill their knowledge of products. 

Customers are our first priority & when they are not in store we focus on working as a team taking actions to run a great business. There are varying shift times available & each Team Leader adapts the roster to meet the needs of each person & the customers. 

Some flexibility is available & there is plenty of weekend work if desired. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who have excelled in the past & are looking to build a career with an industry leader.
