Why Join Our Team?
Career opportunity – there is never a shortage of opportunity at Pedal Group – we promote from within and are growing with 10 stores planned to open across Australia and New Zealand over the next two years.

Have a real impact on the business’ success – we work hard, and have a culture of high-performance where our people gain fulfilment by having a major impact on the business.

Be recognised and rewarded for your achievements – as well as monthly awards and events, our top 10% of high achievers fly off to an all-inclusive annual Global Gathering – 2023’s was in Whistler, Canada and last year’s in Hakuba, Japan.

Grow your skills and expertise – we have our own 7-program Leadership Academy and we offer $1,000 pp per year for a self-development activity such as attending a wellness retreat or getting some personal mentoring.

Save money – we pay our people to ride to work, offer cost price on bike products and discount prices on travel products (through our shareholder Flight Centre), plus we offer other extras like a paid parental leave package and free counselling services.

Grow your wealth – buy in or be allocated reward shares as part of our Employee Share Scheme which started at 99c per share and is now worth over $6 per share. Employees currently receive $1,000 tax free shares each year. Our goal is for employees to own over 54% of the company by 2027.
Give back to the community – we donate 1% of our total wage bill to the charity of our people’s choice. Past recipients include RSPCA, Beyond Blue and the Children’s Cancer Institute.
Do good to the planet - we are committed to reducing our social and environmental impact and became B-Corp certified in Dec 2023. e.g. 75% of our shops are now solar-powered, the majority of our packaging is 100% recyclable and our used bike tyres are re-purposed for the surface of kid’s playgrounds.
