Job Description
The NetSuite ERP Specialist is responsible for the ongoing management, project delivery, and support of the company’s ERP system. This role combines technical skills with strong business process knowledge to deliver outcomes. The role acts as a subject-matter expert for NetSuite, ensuring that systems evolve with the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Administration of NetSuite ERP, ensuring stability, accuracy, and usability across the business.
Develop and maintain technical solutions within NetSuite, including SuiteScript, workflows, integrations, and saved searches.
Partner with internal support teams to align system functionality with business requirements
Support and train end-users, providing troubleshooting and resolution for ERP issues.
Liaise with external vendors/partners for advanced development, integrations, and upgrades.
Maintain documentation of system changes, processes, and best practices.
Salary range between $90k to $110k plus superannuation (depending on prior experience and potential)
