Planning is an expanding function within our business with significant opportunities. This role focuses on Demand & Supply planning for Pedal Group. We are seeking an analytical, problem solving, action driver who can own elements of our Demand & Supply planning processes, assisting their team in executing great commercial decisions. Key Responsibilities:
• Building & Maintaining accurate demand plans for Bikes Categories
• Determining Purchase requirements for the Bikes Categories and submission of orders by production deadlines
• Maintenance of Supply plans & working with suppliers to ensure optimal execution
• Driving forecast accuracy improvements & minimizing key segment out of stocks
• Collaborating with other internal teams to drive strong commercial outcomes
• Management of inventory based on quantity and quality measures
• Driving data and system/process improvement
• Transparent reporting/Analysis for the Planning Team
